    Usually just with the hiring manager and one or two other departmental staff. Not too many rounds. Phone screened by HR, then interview with hiring manager and small group of potential departmental co-workers.

    Similar to other non-governmental health plan. Make the hiring unit key player and decision maker. HR working well with business to get good specifications on desired qualities for candidates.
