Pushing the director level to be better at engaging their staff to ensure staff are clear about what they do everyday, how it fits into corp strategic vision. Understanding the value of what they do.
Best part of compensation is making a good amount of money per hour plus overtime being available not to mention incentives as well as bonuses and raises

Helping others makes me really happy and definitely fulfills me in a way that I've never been fulfilled with another job and makes me feel like there's no reason for me being hired at this company

The management hierarchy needs improvement. Their processes and procedures could be streamlined if they hired more people that have administrative management and organizational management skills
I don't deal with clients so have no opinion
need better performance out of manager level. Need to ensure they have a vision or 'point of view' and how to align staff and performance manage to execute on that vision. Without that vision things just mosey along without real change.
