    What is working well is many of the block and tackling functional areas for a health plan. This is very recent but on a great trajectory. What needs more work is our procurement process and finance.

    Operations has grown pretty significantly in past 2 years. Now clinical side of the company is redeveloping itself to meet the needs of a true managed care company.
