They hired these staff to develop and improve the necessary functional aspects to make this a competitive health plan. Senior leadership sets the path, then it is the Directors and Managers to chart the changes needed to achieve the goals. Senior leadership does not micro-manage trusting the experience and skills of mid level management to chart the path and close the gaps identified.
