Being proactive rather than reactive.

Caring about the business rather than bonuses

Leading and setting clear attainable goals. We have enterprise goals but they don't strike at the heart of what is really going on. No one is ever held accountable at a leadership level for performance.

Pushing the director level to be better at engaging their staff to ensure staff are clear about what they do everyday, how it fits into corp strategic vision. Understanding the value of what they do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are definitely exclusionary policies that discriminate against groups.

I feel that my hard work goes unnoticed and numbers are more important than what you actually offer to the company I have not received a raise in 2 years this is based on management failing to listen to complaints that were valid before being put in a position that would keep me stagnated

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Better understanding how ALL the moving pieces of operations fit and work together. Where the dependencies are and appreciate how what your department does fits into other departments needs.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The management hierarchy needs improvement. Their processes and procedures could be streamlined if they hired more people that have administrative management and organizational management skills

I don't deal with clients so have no opinion

need better performance out of manager level. Need to ensure they have a vision or 'point of view' and how to align staff and performance manage to execute on that vision. Without that vision things just mosey along without real change.
