What is the best part about your compensation package?

Good benefits equal to other Aerospace Corporations.

Health care was reasonable cost.

Time off program for vacation and maternity

Just the different benefits for time off and family matters

We have medical and dental insurance.

Pay was cut, vacation accural was taken..so not much

401k Match and brokerage link. Invest where ever you want.

Base pay is higher than average of medium and lower cost of living areas (generally), 401k match is generous, and HSA health plans available.

Review from Engineering Dept

Don't use it because I have a much better one elsewhere.

Great pay that is market competitive rate

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

a balance between responsibility and income.

Review from Operations Dept

Invest in your staff. Show loyalty and encouragement.

Review from Engineering Dept

Getting back the bonus we used to get and raises that keep up with inflation. More empowerment for local management.

In my current role I'm an acting lead engineering technician without an official title. I'm made to do material handlers, planners, engineering techician, and assembly rolls. My workload is heavier than others making more than me in the same position.

After 15 years new hires come in making same wage or higher. I am asked to train new hires who already make more than despite my years of experience

Review from Operations Dept

Majority of employees do not have a bonus component to their job. No ESPP or stock options/RSUs for average employees

Benifit cost are outpacing yearly raises. Promotions have stopped, This is why talent is leaving.

Review from Engineering Dept

The external market is outpacing those who have been with the company for a while

Teams is totally undervalued and constantly pushed to do more.

There are many companies in this area doing the same type of work that pay better and treat people better

Sales Incentive Compensation Plan is a complete joke. AOP is doubled based on account manager forecasts. SIC payouts are not attainable.

Undervalued for being a woman. Men doing same job are paid 20k+ more than females, always asked to lead first. Leadership turns their heads
