Program management is not involved to the extent they need to be. We're taking direction from another company in lieu of the PM. Not sure it can be improved anymore, I think the damage is too far done. Expectations were levied on our site that can no longer be met because of changes in personnel
I assume its the management and the way employees are treated

What's goin on is the company uses the worked to get rich the company does not care about the worked as long as that building is getting cleaned
Everything is going wrong. Impossible delivery schedules, supply chain issues, highly toxic workplace politics. Only the people at the very top are rewarded, and those who do work hard are only rewarded with more work. Improve your supply chain, designs, and how you treat your workers.
