They need managers who care about concerns, and not treat us like we are so easily replaced.

It was fast, direct and to the point. No stupid questions that had nothing to do with the job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers are great, but all of us are treated poorly, morale is low. My co-workers are the only thing that gets me through the day.
