Getting back the bonus we used to get and raises that keep up with inflation. More empowerment for local management.
In my current role I'm an acting lead engineering technician without an official title. I'm made to do material handlers, planners, engineering techician, and assembly rolls. My workload is heavier than others making more than me in the same position.
After 15 years new hires come in making same wage or higher. I am asked to train new hires who already make more than despite my years of experience

Better management. Tools to grow and improve with new technology. Support from the top down. People are the most important resource you have. They are not interchangeable parts

No short cuts and communication
These are some of the most dedicated, hardest working people I've ever dealt with. The trouble is that they are incredible overworked and everyone is too stressed out to actually enjoy their work. There are also several bad apples that either do nothing or make more work for others via incompetency.

They need managers who care about concerns, and not treat us like we are so easily replaced.

Hold all employees, including executives accountable for the ethical code of conduct, and ensure everyone is valued and treated fair!

Improving work flow... better organized for more even flow and reducing rework..

They wont even get back to you after the interview. This applies to internal interviews as well. You find out they filled the position after they tell you to wait for a second interview or they hold second interviews before the first round is complete.

Failed delivery goals, bad yields, dishonesty and lack of transparency with both employees and customers, lack of focus on quality.
