All the technical staff are "in it together" and help each other out.
People are generally nice and easy to get on with.
Everyones shows they care about each other
Most employees recognize the value of the work we do and are dedicated to the mission.
Supporting the customers. Usually military.

It was fast, direct and to the point. No stupid questions that had nothing to do with the job.

Completing a technical task (Model, simulation, specification, ...) with high quality and under budget.
Nothing lately, Thanksgiving lunch became just pie, the Christmas party became a turkey lunch.
