Subpar training, no support from resourcing or upper management. Teams are not staffed appropriately so you are left doing the work of several people with no help in sight. Combative managers and absolutely zero teamwork. Worse place I've ever worked.

Stop over-promising and under-delivering. Don't take on studies you can't staff.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay was good but probaby over normal because of how many people were leaving the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to lead instead of leaving everything to others and letting others take the blame.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone needed to be better team players. No one in clinical wants to help each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview was nice and very positive. On hindsight I believe the recruiter was lying about workload and how the company actually operates.
