Clocking in and Clocking Out. Payday.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The questions made sense.The person interviewing me was seasoned and made me comfortable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health, Dental, and Eye Insurances are great. We need at least 2 floating holidays.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management need to face the elephants in the room about low pay, bullies, and overworking employees. Management need refresher courses and maybe go to graduate school.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Co workers need to improve their attitude and communication skills. A lot of negative people, bullies, lazy people, mentally challenged co-workers, some abuse drugs so bad that you can get a contact just passing by them, and ignorant co-workers.We can work together by boosting morale and training.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The lab manager is nice but needs to address the negative culture and morale at the facility. It would be nice if they was a structured training program for managers and team leaders. We need a townhall meeting for our laboratory. Lazy and bully employees need to be dealt with and let go.
