Labcorp has poor supervisors. Especually in smaller offices it can be very toxic when workers dont feel like they can speak up.

More team lunches together would help. Team building activities are also helpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The miney is pretty good, as it should be for working overnight. It could be better, though.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need more leadership training and people who hold them acocintable. Work can be enjoyable if supervisors value their team memeners. They have failed to do so in the dayton area.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hold supervisors accountbale. They think they can soeak to people any kind of way ajd syill have retainable employees. That is not how this works. I will be quitting in a few months.
