What makes you most happy at work?

Personal time off. Work from home.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hire enough staff to become fully staffed. Match workload to staffing levels. Adjust staffing level for increased workload. Pay employees a livable wage. Include benefits that actually cover something. Stop forcing employees to use LabCorp for medical needs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay starts at the same hourly pay that Walmart, target, Qdoba and Walgreens pays. The benefits match the benefits offered at retail work as well. Forcing employees to work 80-90 hours and then having employees still struggle to make ends meet is shameful.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Treat interviewees with respect. Respond to emails. Attend the interview. Don't be late for the interview. Do not yell or laugh at the interviewee. Give current employees credit when they recruit a new employee for you, instead of taking credit for yourself

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to improve on everything. They could start by just doing their jobs. Pay employees what they are worth. Stop looking the other way on illegal activities. Do not encourage underhanded activities. Stop cowering and accepting bonuses while employees struggle and take pay cuts
