The time frame of getting hired is what was so daunting. It took a solid month, which got pushed out twice just becasue they did not get the paperwork I sent three times, just to start.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers act very highschool like, assuming before asking, as well as continued gossip and rumors. This is all started by the managment as well. I stay neutral and talk to everyone when talked to, but hostility can only be ignored for so long.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a bachelors degree, and asked for a certain amount of compensation. However they could only meet me so far, which was fine until someone new started with a dollar more at the same job with no bachelors degree, just a GED. Im not discredditing the other individual, but pay should be fair.
