Supervisor that I have is unfair when it comes to approving vacation time, she gives first choice to the people she have made friends with . She is not compassionate when you have a situation, if calling out of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be able to plan my vacation in a timely manner and not have to wait a month before to me you do not have coverage. I have been with this company for over 25 years and each year that situation get worst.
