I simply detest this business, no further comments needed, i've said everything in previous answers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No-one cares about the animals welfare which is horrendous cruelty, so let alone the humans, what does any of it matter?!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Close it down! It's made me realise animal cruelty in these institutions is rife and no-one is bothered, its so very wrong. Full stop. I am now 100% anti-animal testing! IT'S SO CRUEL AND SO WRONG!!!
