I've worked for this company for 24 years and have seen it go from an excellent place to work and dedicated to their customers to it going to all about the bottom line without consideration to employees or quality. It is heartbreaking because I do like what I do I just don't feel appreciated

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
restoring the 6% 401K match and adding back the Exceeds expectations rating, Health benefits that are affordable to actually use would be great
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It didn't go unnoticed that the board members bought up a lot of company stock before voting for a dividends and giving themselves a bonus (which gave them 2 bonuses) at a time they suspended the 401K match and pay raises for employees.
