we don't have meetings. we don't have collaboration. we don't cross train departments. if i understood related departments better then it would enhance my performance and decisions
They need to listen to the guys on the front line. My experience is that they never visit or meet with or ask the employees what their thoughts are. We see and know things the exec do not. We have very smart solutions but no one is asking us.
