They have family members in the same departments and that is unfair. Coworkers are always complaining.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to give better yearly reviews and pay raise. They need better starting pay. They need to care about their employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Im just tired of my coworkers talking about everyone and especially our supervisor and manager who are awesome people. They speak spanish and talk about our upper management when upper management are great. They talk about our doctors that are there. Upper managers do an incredible job.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think they need to work and not be conversing about everyone that walks in and out of cytology. And I think family should not be allow to work in the same department especially when you have a mother as a lead and a daughter underneath her, even though they say she don't report to her mom.
