Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company pay rate is lowest in industry, yet workload is among highest in industry. Many jobs being outsourced/ contracted to inexperienced people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Cutting jobs and then outsourcing to incompetent/ inexperienced people. Lowest pay in the industry - most people haven't gotten more than a 10-cent raise in a year, despite working very hard. Promotions are minimal.
