Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly bonuses should be distributed to all employees...executives should give up some of their bonuses for employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executives always ask employees to take cuts when things get tough, yet the executives keep their big bonuses!!! Not fair!
