Horrible. Currently looking for another job after 10 years of loving my job, the last two years after LabCorp acquired us has sent a lot of us running for the hills.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a different company when I was hired on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work in a self managed department and only interact with management when absolutely necessary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great group of people and they are dropping like flies due to poor management and lack of professionalism within this corporation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of their employees. I have been with my company for over 10 years. LabCorp acquired my company two years ago and we have NEVER been in such bad shape professionally. Awful management across the board.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
By their own admission we are all get the lowest paid in our state. We have seasoned employees making minimum wage with the economical increase who were hired on at over a dollar more than minimum wage. We are not receiving 2020 merit increases however managers with no patient contact will be.
