Three hundred characters is nowhere near enough. Suffice it to say that LabCorp is the very pinnacle of business disguised as medicine.
The most positive thing I can say about the employee culture is that we are all united in distrust and disdain for the way we are treated.
You aren't allowed to know anything but what the interviewer tells you about the site you are going to be working, and they will not details or outright lie to you.
If we could at least keep our 401k and merit raises, that would be a start. Hazard pay would be nice, especially considering that covid safety precautions are non existent. Maybe a modicum of concern for employee safety over profit margin, too.
Labcorp does not care for their employees. During covid they revoked our 401k and raises, have suppressed employee safety, forbidding employees to wear more effective ppe, and not allowing ANY patient screening, and even if a patient declares they are covid positive, we CANNOT turn them away.
