Poor Management. Supervisors do not help with any issues. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Even when critical in nature. HR is horrible and of no help at all. Horrible company, they do not care about their employees at all. Turn over is very high at LabCorp.

A paycheck on a Bi-Weekly basis.

Taking care of their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The clinical site where I am stationed. Is not within a LabCorp facility.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Continual escalation of responsibilities with no increase in compensation for the increased responsibilities.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Everything. The process is too long. The management is very quick to do a false representation of the company culture. Just to get a body on the job. Again, high turnover.
