The Tampa Micro Lab commits fraud knowingly and on a dail basis by not following accepyed standards. They compromise patient care consistently. They should be shut down by CAP and the State of Florida or at the very least, sanctioned.

Co-workers were great. Management was horrible.

In person interviews and having prospective employee shadow before accepting position.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need new management in their Micro department that follows good practice and treats employees with respect.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to be changed immediately. Having 6 resignations in 2 weeks should indicate leadership is poor.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is what's wrong. Their only concern is metrics. Patient care does not factor in to their workflow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They are forcing fraudulent working conditions on their employees. Labcorp is wantonly risking everyone's license by the work they are performing.
