After 28 years for the company, and in Belgium it's complete different as the US employee. In Belgium, I can come to the office alone and I can put an order in the system, sell some parts to our costumers, prepare an order, ask the forwarder for the pickup, make the invoice , repare a unit (delta)

I keep getting additional responsibilities and my title is incorrect. Feel helpless to make a change.
Sometimes it does feel like some leaders have their favorites.
Because my salary is not competitive with the market. Two years ago I asked for a rise. My boss told me that last year I'll be promoted but did not happen, and now it's looks like it would be this year. I'm waiting for the good news.
