As I mentioned earlier, we need to start hiring the right people and not so many inexperienced family members that have no real experience in the jobs that they are hired for. We also need to find a way to get rid of those individuals that are here just for a check and not the betterment of Lancer.

There is no feeling of continuous improvement. It's a case of this is how we do it. No one is giving any feedback if we can do things better. Processes are pretty inadequate. Lack of training for people new to the job. Little or no procedures on how items are made. Unorganised work areas

Regional politics often hinder day-to-day tasks. While we aim to be transformative, these political issues, prevalent at all levels, obstruct progress. Reducing political interference and focusing on clear, unified goals would greatly improve effectiveness.
