Creo que la oportunidad de poder acceder a crecimiento laboral, que las cosas no queden entre amigos o familiares y por supuesto que el salario sea equitativo al trabajo que se hace. La empresa es muy capitalista, le da mayor beneficio a las personas que ya lo tienen.
