The old culture and running the business with old and out dated sentiment. I see push back and friction on new improvements or changes to the way things have been done from some department heads. Some people are not approachable even for their job responsibilities because they are "in a bad mood."

As I mentioned earlier, we need to start hiring the right people and not so many inexperienced family members that have no real experience in the jobs that they are hired for. We also need to find a way to get rid of those individuals that are here just for a check and not the betterment of Lancer.

There is no feeling of continuous improvement. It's a case of this is how we do it. No one is giving any feedback if we can do things better. Processes are pretty inadequate. Lack of training for people new to the job. Little or no procedures on how items are made. Unorganised work areas

Engineering management team needs work on their management skills. They can't communicate, they are very condescending with their responses, and they won't take accountability for their own mistakes.
