401K company match is only 2%. Many companies are offering 4%. Compensation with reference to the overall employee experience can be improved.

After 28 years for the company, and in Belgium it's complete different as the US employee. In Belgium, I can come to the office alone and I can put an order in the system, sell some parts to our costumers, prepare an order, ask the forwarder for the pickup, make the invoice , repare a unit (delta)

most are looking to push blame to others, no one takes accountability for their area of responsibility, everything takes multiple requests

They need to work. They treat Lancer like a social call. They act as if they are paying Lancer. To move into the future, This has to change. We can't send all the jobs to our Mexico plant. The work can be done but a lot refuse. Management needs to step it up and weed out these individuals.

Many coworkers seem to care about throughput and not quality. Underperforming individuals seem to get a pass and everyone else has to pick up the slack.

Hire humble leaders that don't lie to your face, make you feel your opinions don't matter, and constantly make false promises about the future but never actually happen. Also to not play favorites by offering some employees special benefits like working from home when others are not allowed to.

We need to cast a vision, create a plan to achieve the vision and train and coach everyone to achieve it. We must communicate from the top down and make the vision clear. We are all one team and should all have one voice. Often times we all seem like separate companies bickering and casting blame.

I feel that the team is not able to get along with each other. Really not sure how it can be improved.

As I mentioned earlier, we need to start hiring the right people and not so many inexperienced family members that have no real experience in the jobs that they are hired for. We also need to find a way to get rid of those individuals that are here just for a check and not the betterment of Lancer.

Management makes a lot of promises but unable to deliver. executive team is also not present
