I've been in a few roles, and while my feelings for the role changed depending on the team/management, my feelings about the company have always been majority positive. I wish we had 401k matching, better maternity/paternity leave, and the ability to work remotely ESPECIALLY during COVID

flexible PTO, although it can be hard to measure how much is average, too much, or not enough

Open communication, honesty, investment in healthy dynamics (LOVED the team enneagram training), investment in us as individuals, kind, hard-working, true team mentality
