Very dangerous as far as my male co workers where allowed to touch the woman calls us out of our names . Women dont get moved you until years later or the are white and young . Outright abuse from GM and floor leaders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being told good job once a month . Allowing people to move up based on stats and customer surveys.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not picking people to move up based on how funny the are and how many shots they take after work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The food and customers when the food is food they are so delightful. People and I love the idea of the restraunt just needs teamwork and open people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The training and the application . I have lots of experince i thought i was called because of that they just needed anyone i started fast that was nice
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers the people that ask to have me be their waitress. Meeting people in time of pray and showing them love . Being nice to people no matter what .
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Helping each other out being kind to one another . Help customers that are not your table . Washing hands . Talking positive about each other . Leave home at home
