Ive been working for the company for about 3 years. The first place i worked at was a great stepping stone from my previous job, but not far from my starting point, I could tell the only way for you to be happy working there was to appeal to the misogynistic ways of life the company brings.

Coworkers that I get to see when I come in
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The discount program honestly saves me hundreds of dollars every month because I do go out to eat often. Landry's has some of my favorite restaurants to eat at.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having less favoritism. Having a HR team that actually cares about what employees have to say. Managers need to stop keeping secrets and be straightforward with their employees, also needs to stop associating themselves with drama at the workplace.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management is the main problem. There needs to be a more understanding with those under them. Actually listen to what the situation entails instead of drawing their own conclusion before all of the facts are drawn. Less favoritism. More equal treatment off staff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Aside from management my fellow coworkers honestly make working enjoyable. They mostly have the same understanding as me and we as work together wonderfully for the most part. Of course there will always be people who do things differently, but that's what makes us family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Pretty easy for the field I work in. Just asked about experience and when I can start more so. Training is the more intensive part of the job, which is understandable because the vision of customer service is what you'd expect from this company, as it makes sure all employees give the same service
