I thought everyone was there to see everyone succeed. Management has not made this the case.
What makes you most happy at work?
When qi served I enjoyed keeping busy and always having someone willing to help answer any questions so you succeed. On to gos there was a lot of distrust, finger pointing, and lack of interest in coaching and helping each other be a better team.
