I really enjoyed my job was great in the beginning but after vacation was dropped no paid time off overtime no longer allowed understaffing but being expected to do work like its a full back of house is disturbing the enjoyment i had as a cook and i carried joes durin pandemic 50-60+hrs wk 2-3cooks

Servers carrying food half as much as they text
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Its now become a grungy place due to short staff /lazy attitudes
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Taking care of the employees that earn the company a few million each year not the pencil pusher that hasnt worked kitchen in awile if at all
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting workers that will amplify the team and crank out work not running to leave work on experinced crucial people to the point of earning two paychecks and walking out with one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No time paid off and when it was 35+hrs ea week which never happened due to winter hours What would make it better is hiring actual workers not lazy over paid fill ins
