For most of my co-workers it's Team work and reliability
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a shift with no preventable issues. I can't say when the last time I had a shift like that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I see some managers trying to make it better for us. And I've been there long enough to know how smoothly and successfully the place can be. I just want it to get back to that. All departments working together successfully and happily means WE ALL MAKE MONEY.
