It can be maddening the disorganization, lack of follow through and cut backs from previous standards. However, I am tenured, make great money and am personally respected by management, which keeps me there.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not sure what you mean by compensation. But, no healthcare, no paid leaves, no holiday pay. We used to have contests and prizes. Gone since COVID.
What are some of the best things about your team?
What team? Management, green. Training team, confused and lacking motivation and knowledge. Co workers, it's a mixed bag. Back of the house, rock stars. What we have left. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Spend the time and resources to have a capable staff. Ivest in staff training and preparedness. It's ridiculous that they won't even allow a train the trainer meeting. If trainers aren't on the same page and given proper instruction and goals, what' are they producing?
