I have only been an employee at landrys for about two months but it has been one of the more lucrative restaurants that I have worked at.
What makes you most happy at work?
Almost everybody at work is happy to show up everyday as well as enthusiastic to work together; which makes teambuilding easy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody on the team has been very welcoming and enthusiastic as far as taking on a new member, as well as friendly and knowledgeable in the given daily duties.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With the time that I've been with the company, the management team has seemed very driven and determined to make it a profitable and efficient experience for both employees and guests alike.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The restaurant itself might need a structural update to get a bit modernized, but as far as the menu goes- it has been extremely great getting to know a different type of menu with seafood.
