The GM's attitude, treatment of the team as a whole including her managers should be treated way better, stop neglecting team members when they have issues and the discrimination of what guests receive the best treatment. Race shouldn't matter when guests enter the door.
Communicating, hospitality, respect, guidance, working, not sitting in the office all day, being approachable, not verbally and physically attacking employees and not promising positions to people they don't plan to give them and then having them train the person who they hire in their place
I get lied on knowingly with proof it's a lie now twice in 2 months. I just want myself and the GM investigated. Show which of us is actually tearing the team and environment down. I'm a 6 year vet and am ready to let this woman run this store into the ground
Just tired of working my behind off and only being acknowledged by the executive and male foh mgr. Just want the same respect I'm asked to give. Not a child and don't respond to being talked about to other employees or talked to like I'm below her. Just want to do my job and not be attacked
