The only thing that made anything about my employment here great were the people I met along the way. Executive management is among the worse group of penny pinching gullible drones I have ever met.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
An entire change in executive management and a redirection in the whole culture

The loyalty and connection between us in upper management and those at entry at a store level had been among one of my only pleasant experiences
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Just about every aspect of leadership. There is no accountability whatsoever and they do no research or verification into anything they are told before making an affirmative action
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive management management a going to run this once beautiful company into the ground. They thing finances can fix all the problems but the face that dirty rotten culture of theirs is going to run them into the ground.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I gave them 7 years of my life just to continuously be underpaid, taken advantage of and treated like a no body, yet they preach they are a family. The only thing that makes that executive team a family is the fact that they all tend to sleep with one another.
