Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fair pay and affordable benefits. Safer clinical practices

A generous severance package would be fabulous.

I got one raise in over 3 years. To increase my pay above hiring pay. There was a lenghty approval process. They (probably illegally) make you report for "on call" shifts without pay. Training pay is $20/hour. Breaks or uninterrupted lunches are rare.

If they listened and implemented our suggestions

better PTO, health insurance, salary, etc. not competitive enough

No response ever unless you are favored

Responsibility is more than fair share for inside position and company deemed holiday pay shouldn't come from accrued PTO hours.
