I quit working here after three years on the clincial end after non-medical and less senior staff continued trying to control things they shouldnt. Shady, double, triple booking pts, unsafe, no breaks. "Protocol/evidence driven" yet protocols constantly changed/bent for convenience and sales.

Be prepare to be poor. You do not make money here! They lie and tell you the sales leads are hot, but they are frozen, washed-up leads that have been called multiple times by the remote sales people. The remote sales people get the good leads and the people they can't get a hold of in- clinic gets.

Medical - You will be miserable once the fun wears off. Sales Team bosses you around. They hire if you have a heartbeat. Executive Team is fake to your face. Bonuses are for the Sales Team while looking over the true medical workers. Over prices services. Find another place to learn. A dead zone.

The company has one goal only and that is to make more money. They dont value their employees, they make changes without the input and collaboration of employees and they do not provide a luxury experience to customers

Amazing experience so far as a registered nurse. The work life balance is phenomenal, and my manager takes the time to listen to my concerns, and accommodate scheduling needs. My coworkers are among the best I've ever had. I love coming into work each day.

I got one raise in over 3 years. To increase my pay above hiring pay. There was a lenghty approval process. They (probably illegally) make you report for "on call" shifts without pay. Training pay is $20/hour. Breaks or uninterrupted lunches are rare.

If they listened and implemented our suggestions

better PTO, health insurance, salary, etc. not competitive enough

The day to day people are great, they are helpful and kind.

My coworkers can be pleasant and so are some of the patients.

Free treatments (you will have to do it yourself or trade with a friend, there will never be time on the schedule)/discount

You get to leave the depressed people and go home

The company is like a cult they eat sleep pray laseraway

The managet was very down to earth

Too many remote sales people getting the sales and scrappy leftovers for in-clinic sales. You call over 100 people a day and nobody answers the phone. They can improve by telling the truth!
