Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I got one raise in over 3 years. To increase my pay above hiring pay. There was a lenghty approval process. They (probably illegally) make you report for "on call" shifts without pay. Training pay is $20/hour. Breaks or uninterrupted lunches are rare.
