What is the best part about your compensation package?

There is not a compensation package of stock

I have no problems with the package or any of the benefits I get the pay is okay it's the people that you hire

Above minimum wage is always nice

I do get quite a bit of PTO.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Promotion , a raise, open my own store

I was promised a raise but when coming back to work after reopening due to covid. They never gave it to me, I've asked multiple times about it and I was told they will follow up but never did. Then they said they have stopped the raise.
