Start screening people before hiring them do real background checks on these people I really need to hire a person with real experience cuz you have a lot of thieves in this company I've seen it myself
communication. when they don't communicate with each other it messes with the employees performance and also threatens there jobs. They also keep giving excuses. When you ask them one thing they give you an answer but does not full fill anything they promise. They always beat around the bushes.
Doing as they say with regard to company culture. It's not as relaxed and friendly as they say it should be.
