It was a great time to work here right now oir management can nit manage our stuff our GM is very rude . I was sick and i gave her medical note still she gave me warning for call out even tho i said before hand that i am sick

Disrespectful manager's who do not appreciate loyal workers

the managers in some locations are horrible.

Rules regulation management and egal respect

They lack of structure and follow up

Start screening people before hiring them do real background checks on these people I really need to hire a person with real experience cuz you have a lot of thieves in this company I've seen it myself

communication. when they don't communicate with each other it messes with the employees performance and also threatens there jobs. They also keep giving excuses. When you ask them one thing they give you an answer but does not full fill anything they promise. They always beat around the bushes.

Doing as they say with regard to company culture. It's not as relaxed and friendly as they say it should be.

There is not a compensation package of stock

I have no problems with the package or any of the benefits I get the pay is okay it's the people that you hire

Above minimum wage is always nice

I do get quite a bit of PTO.

Promotion , a raise, open my own store

I was promised a raise but when coming back to work after reopening due to covid. They never gave it to me, I've asked multiple times about it and I was told they will follow up but never did. Then they said they have stopped the raise.

What I really liked the most about the interview was the cooperation between different questions.It allowed me to be more open about my experience.
