Chnage out managers and they gave to be profesonal on their job

Start screening people before hiring them do real background checks on these people I really need to hire a person with real experience cuz you have a lot of thieves in this company I've seen it myself

communication. when they don't communicate with each other it messes with the employees performance and also threatens there jobs. They also keep giving excuses. When you ask them one thing they give you an answer but does not full fill anything they promise. They always beat around the bushes.

Promotion , a raise, open my own store

I was promised a raise but when coming back to work after reopening due to covid. They never gave it to me, I've asked multiple times about it and I was told they will follow up but never did. Then they said they have stopped the raise.

Some had to improve on their attitude and their work profession they don't do nothing professional

we need to be better at documenting and explaining our work for each other.
