I loved how they asked uncommon interview questions and really vetted outa good culture fit, and not only a good fit for the position.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I started during a time of transition in our office so the interview process wasn't nearly to the level it is now. I had a former manager miss an interview, something that would never have happened outside this transition time and something we have fixed!
