As a maintenance technician we kept that place running. It's a machine broke down production wasn't making seats until we fixed it up and got production going again.

More per hour based on what our plant brings into the company. Plants that bring in more money and have more complicated work should not be tied and compared to plants with small volume of work or ones that bring in smaller contracts

I hear all the time ONE LEAR when there is a dividing line between hourly and management. Two sets sets of rules. To ways of discipline. Two way of being treated.
