I love where I am now in my department

I am only earning a few cents more then when I had started as a Temp years ago. My unit has been on mandatory overtime for the past 2 years. We are not fully remote. I have not been allowed to take leave due it being the busy first quarter. My role/responsibilities have expanded w/out any pay incre

We're experiencing a lot of change in the best of ways. While that can come with challenges, everyone has a positive, supportive, and forward-looking mindset which creates a feeling that we're all in this together. It's fun.

Love working with my team. Team leads are great.

The leadership team sees us as people first and it's that recognition that helps us work as a unit and allows us to speak openly about our opinions towards policy and process improvement.

Better pay, let every employee be completely remote, not having mandatory overtime for the majority of the year, investing in better employees instead of outsourcing to STI, more sick leave/vacation, stop giving then taking away perks (such as lunch, wellness week), listen to employees more

It's holistic and comprehensive, especially considering how small we are.

The ability to earn a bonus each year based on performance is always a nice incentive.

Definitely undervalue - the only way to feel better is if LegalZoom gave a fair wage. Every time employees bring up the fact that we're underpay LegalZoom just skirts the issue with "well we pay for your health insurance" and "working remote is a benefit" - a lot of employees are required in office.

I have 16 years experience in this industry. I do more than my job is required. I'm a team player. I am willing to learn new things and challenge myself. I show initiative. I'm reliable. And most important, I have a positive attitude.

I put in alot of overtime and help in other areas and that should be compensated in some way. $1.00 more pay/hr would make me feel better and also a clear bonus structure

My team is awesome we communicate and we have each others back no matter what.

They are very responsive and open to suggestions but, the best thing is that we all have a respect for each other and our capabilities.

If better training was provided. The current bonus pay system encourages certain (not all) coworkers to cherry-pick what orders they work to maximize their bonus pay and prevent rejections that will take away from bonus pay. This is not monitored so some of us are left to pick up the slack.

There is a supportive culture of motivation and recognition so you feel like you're making a difference. Everyone takes their work seriously but, doesn't take themselves overly seriously which makes it easy to work with everyone.

It does not feel like LegalZoom cares about our unit - our work demands have always been excessive and are always increasing. This leads to a stressful work environment where we're always focus on productivity and can't partake in any workshops.

LegalZoom appears to be "Profits first" instead of people first. Production employees are forced to work excessive hours in office so LegalZoom can earn lots of money and not pass it on to their hardworking employees that moved the products/services.
